Proactive Service Recommendations

Our Account Management team members are your single-source contact for all your generator needs, acting as a personal liaison between you and the rest of our company meaning they will never hand you off or transfer you - they are your one stop shop for all your generator needs and questions.

A big part of their role is fulfilling our commitment to proactive generator management by reviewing your generator's service records and tracking the appropriate time to make repairs before you experience a power outage incident.

For instance, Batteries should be replaced every two years (on average). You Account Manager is diligently tracking your battery's installation date against your bi-annual run times and can help you make informed decisions about when to replace your generator's battery. Saving your from a potentially expensive power failure!

Your Account Manager will also recommend other services like a coolant flush, belt and hose replacement, spark plug replacement, fuel polishing and load bank testing based on your generator's unique work history and run times.
